#179 | Can a nonprofit with a historically homogeneous culture redeem itself in today's climate?

If you’re a nonprofit leader or fundraising professional, you’re not going to want to miss this week's first podcast conversation. Today, we’re talking with Tiffany Williams, founder of TJ Marie Consulting and GivlyApp, about whether a nonprofit with a historically homogeneous culture can redeem itself in today's climate. Neither of us hold back sharing our personal and professional experiences, and contemplating just how long until and to what extent we can expect to arrive at meaningful change.

Tiffany brings a breadth of experience which includes The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Florida A&M University, the LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illinois, and the Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture. Tiffany's newest endeavor, Givly. recently launched its giving and donor engagement platform, designed to harness the philanthropic spirit of young donors and make it easier for nonprofits to engage with their donors.
